Morgana - Resolutions suck. Do this instead.

Maybe because we had the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. Maybe because the new year (and my birthday) are coming up really soon… I took a break from business to start DREAMING about the future. This is an essential step to Magic and Manifestation. The one thing I can promise you my future does NOT hold is New Year Resolutions! You may have noticed by now that resolutions almost never stick. Frankly, I think New Year Resolutions are BS. They’re typically born from a place of failure, hurt, and self-abuse. And they set you up for more of the same. I like to stack the deck for absolute success. The first step is to failure-proof your intention for the new year. Here’s what I do… Instead of resolutions I set a THEME for the year. Setting a theme is like choosing a flavor for the year. A context. What the year will be about. It’s not a fixing thing. It’s a growing thing. My theme often grows out of what I want to learn and experience this year. I also tune into what’s

How to Close Out Your Year and Turn Your Attention to 2017 - Brian Tracy

As the beginning of 2017 draws near, we are reminded of the many excitements that the approach of the new year brings — the upcoming holidays, a fresh start, a renewal of our dedication to our goals. Many times we may forget to take the time to reflect on the past year and to establish where we want the new year to take us. Today, I want to give you some strategies that you can use as we close out 2016 to ensure you take full responsibility for the year that’s passed and move forward with renewed energy and commitment to yourself and your goals. 1. Write Down Your Unfinished Goals First, take the time to write down all of the things you planned to accomplish this past year that you maybe missed the mark on. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, we all have things that we plan to do whether it’s losing weight, investing our money, getting a new job, or getting that raise, that we might not have fully accomplished. Be honest with yourself about this. Remember, in order to change anything

Morgana - When Vision Boards, Meditations, and Affirmations make you MORE depressed…

Here’s a Question that came in: “Help! What do I do when vision boards, meditation, affirmations, and visualizations make you depressed and cry all the time?” My Response: Stop! Get some support to address what’s going on under the surface. What’s trying to get your attention? If you are depressed, see a professional who is qualified to help you with that. Even if you’re not depressed, a university study a few years back showed that affirmations made people feel worse. My hunch is you’re highly sensitive and empathic, so I would encourage you to investigate where these feelings are coming from: they may not be your own. And for what’s yours, find the wisdom and the message from the pain that needs to be received before it can release you. Something needs to be heard, and it will just get louder until you get the information you need. Morgana - Mother Love Full Moon Ritual

I created a new Mother Love ritual for the Monday night Super Moon at my Money Goddess retreat in Bali. This is for anyone who has ever felt they didn’t get the experience they wanted or needed from their own mothers…   1) We lay down on our sarongs in the nighttime grass, with the moon shining above us. 2) We released to Mother Moon all the ways our birth mothers failed to give us what we needed. All the times they failed to protect us or love us as we wish they had. We gave all the pain and disappointment to Mother Moon. 3) Then we received from Mother Moon all the mother love we ever wanted, bathing in her rays, and tethering ourselves to her through a silver light cord at our belly. 4) We lay there on our sarongs, receiving her Mother Love, whispering our wishes, and hearing her wisdom whisper back to us. And then we just lay there, receiving her blessing. Love and blessings to you wherever you are. The post Mother Love Full Moon Ritual appeared first on Morgana Rae &

3 Things to Do Each Night to Increase Your Productivity - Brian Tracy

The preparation that you make in the evening for the day ahead will have an enormous effect on how successful you are. We’ve talked several times about the importance of thinking on paper when it comes to goal-setting and making a clear plan for your future and that’s exactly what we want to do when preparing for the day ahead. Here are 3 things you can do each night to prepare for a productive next day. Learn the best methods for time management in my free Eat That Frog Report. 1) Always Think on Paper Take a piece of paper and write down everything you intend to do. Include everything, even your plans to eat a healthy lunch and workout, prepare dinner for you and your family, every detail. Then organize the piece of paper by asking yourself: “If I could only do one thing on this list today, which one thing would it be?” And if I could only do two things which would be the second and the third? And then when you start first thing in the morning, start off with number one, and
