5 Steps to Set Achievable Financial Goals - Brian Tracy

Setting financial goals can be a difficult task. It is hard to know where to begin when you don’t know where to start. By following my 5 steps to set achievable financial goals, discover your potential and see your finances grow. 1. Start With Your Core Values Most people don’t realize that reaching your financial goals starts with your core values. You must do well in all areas of your life, and determine what it is you believe in and stand for in order to find true financial success. Your values lie at the very core of everything you are as a human being. The virtues and qualities that you stand for are what constitute the person you have become and will continue becoming. All improvement in your life, including financial improvement, begins with you clarifying your true values, committing yourself to living consistently with them, and then aligning everything you do with them. When you align your work and personal life to support your financial goals, you’ll find it much

Morgana - Bali Magic 2019

This may have been my very best retreat even though my dad died, a volcano erupted, and Indonesia is rioting. Go figure.   Volcanoes and Riots, oh my! I’ve been saying for a while that I can feel my retreats in Bali may be coming to an end. Politics are getting weird in Indonesia, and late last year Bali was on high alert for a rare eruption of its volcano Mt Agung. Last week in Jakarta, on the island of Java, exploded in protests contesting a close election. We never would have known anything was going on except that social media sites kept going down, and for a couple of days my retreat pictures weren’t posting on Facebook. Bali is part of Indonesia and worlds apart. Different language, different religion, different culture. No sign of unrest to disturb our happy retreat bubble of beauty and harmony. Just green juices, massage, nature walks, shamanic healings, and deep Money Honey-inspired coaching. As for the volcano… this morning I discovered that Mt. Agung erupted, for the

- An exciting announcement…

As I write this, I’m preparing to host a 25-child birthday party for my twins, who are turning six! Before I self-medicate 😉 I wanted to make sure you knew about one LAST […] via Ali Brown http://bit.ly/2WjDsPQ

- Why I’m a marketing ‘agnostic’…

I’d like to quickly address a question I have received, and that’s regarding my position on online marketing. ‘Dear Ali, you seem to rant on how all marketing funnels are bad. Are you against ALL of the launch ‘formulas’ that are out there now? I’d like to know.’ To answer that question, not exactly. Of the […] via Ali Brown http://bit.ly/2HrcjT0

I’m here with Brett and my assistant Erika in NYC for several meetings this week. It’s a quick trip as we want to get back to the kids this weekend, and I am already missing the Arizona heat! (It’s unseasonably cold in New York right now, and I had to dig out my limited pairs […] via Ali Brown http://bit.ly/2JHXdtP

10 Habits Holding You Back From Success - Brian Tracy

People think success is external. They assume people who are successful worked hard to make more money—but that’s only half of the story. The other half is that successful people aren’t just putting in long hours at the office. They’re avoiding the habits that would drag down their success. Their external success is a division of hard work externally and internally. The internal work is the tough question of, “Do I have the same habits of a successful person?” If you can imagine a seven-figure entrepreneur choosing to spend their day exactly as you do—you’re on the pathway to success. If you can’t, then you’ve found your problem. You’re asking for success without becoming the person that reaches that level of success. Successful people don’t fall through on their word, they don’t eat fast food, and they definitely don’t blame others for their misfortunes. To be successful, you have to drop these 10 habits. 1. Making Empty Promises You are a representative of your business or

- Aiming higher than equality…

Much of the conversation I’ve had lately with several high-profile women leaders has been about the themes we’ve been hearing on the news over and over during the last year… topics like women’s equality, the #MeToo movement, catching up where we should be, making things right, evening things out, and fixing things that are broken. Morgana - Health and Wealth: Fat, Weight Loss, Love, and Money

When I was 7 years old, I was diagnosed with low thyroid and my mother told me I would be easier to love if I wasn’t fat. By the way, if you want to stack the odds your child is going to grow up with an eating disorder, this is EXACTLY how to do it. Mom’s announcement came after her baking year. Every day she baked bread–banana bread, avocado bread, zucchini bread–more often than not with chocolate chips. Crazy delicious. More like a cake than a “bread.” As you can imagine we all gained weight. I was put on my first diet at 7. And then I was put into ballet class, with a lot of pressure to become a professional ballerina. (Another primo strategy to invoke an eating disorder, FYI.)  By the time I was 15 I was dancing with the Boston Ballet Company’s summer program and being sent by the company to see a therapist for possible anorexia. Let me pause for a moment and say a little something about Anorexia/Bulimia, and all other disorders related to fat shaming… eating disorders are the
