How do you find your dream job?

Finding the perfect job is a big challenge that everybody has, and it can persist throughout their lives. The majority of working people, by their own admission, do not feel fully challenged by their current jobs. Getting into or staying at a job which you are not ideally suited is one of the greatest wastes of time in life. It can rob you of some of your most productive years.

If you find yourself in that position, it’s a good idea for you to consider a new career path. It can be scary, but with some guidance, that decision can become more within your reach.

Here are 4 tips to help you find your dream job.

1) Evaluate What Drives You

First, before making any decisions, you need to look into yourself and think about what you like to do, and what you are good at.

After, it’s time to ask yourself a key question.

The question you’ll want to ask yourself is: “What do I really enjoy doing and what kind of a job can I do that will allow me to do what I enjoy doing?”

2) Informal Interviewing

The next step in this process is called: Informational Interviewing. You do this by setting informal meetings or having coffee with prospective employers and people in the industry you’ve identified as a potential fit for you. Find out as much as you can from them about the business, their specific company, the position you have in mind, and other aspects of the industry.

This will supply you with a lot of information to make the decision process easier, as well as some contacts in the industry. Networking sites like LinkedIn are a great way to reach people in a specific industry that you might want to meet with.

3) Put Your Whole Heart Into Your Work

After you have gone through the informational interviewing process, it’s time to find a place to land. When you do, it is crucial to dedicate your whole heart to doing your job really, really well.

When you commit to doing your job to the best of your ability, one of two things will happen.

The first thing that might happen is you will find that this is the right career for you, which is rare in the beginning, but will become more clear as you progress.

Or, you will find that it is not the right career for you and that you need to continue searching.

Either way, by putting your whole heart into doing an outstanding job at the career you are trying out, you will find the answer to these questions much quicker. Then, you can come out the other side and decide if this is something that you can see yourself doing for the foreseeable future or not.

If it’s not, you simply repeat the process until you find the career that suits you best.

4) Find Your Dream Job

One of your primary responsibilities to yourself is to select the kind of work that you enjoy and are best suited to do. It is to find a job where you can use your natural talents and abilities at a high level.

Your duty to yourself is to work at something that gives you joy and satisfaction. You must find a job that brings out the very best in you and inspires you to want to become excellent at what you’re doing.

My question is: If you had all the resources you needed to build the company of your dreams, which kind of company would you build and what would that company do?

Allana Pratt, Intimacy Expert - My boyfriend’s messaging strange women

Question: Do you have any idea why a man would start instant messaging strange woman after being in a five year relationship. Said he was “stupid” and wasn’t physical with anybody. I guess you can say I have trust issues. Answers: Ouch! I am so sorry. Do I have any idea why? Here is what I have learned, first off I am really sorry because that really hurts. If you have trust issues especially, that would hurt and sting even more. So first something about trust and then something about men. Trust: When we trust, it’s not that we trust someone to be perfect. That sets us up for failure because no one is perfect and you can’t control anybody. That is insanity if we try to control another and put all of our power – making sure they be a certain way to so that we are safe. Instead, find that safety and trust inside you. That safety being that capacity to discern and know that come what may, you’ve got your own back – you can take care of yourself. It takes a lot of pressure off of other...

Allana Pratt, Intimacy Expert - To MILF or not to MILF this Mothers Day

I don’t know if you have those to-do piles that just sit there, you WANT to get to them, you MEAN to get to them, and you OUGHT to get to them… while this video was in one of those piles. It took less than 10 minutes to do. Why did I put it off? Well if you’re like me, we only procrastinate with things we either don’t really want to do, or doing them will make us have to face something we’re not ready to face, internally or externally. We’re literally choosing not to face it and calling it procrastination. So I guess I didn’t want to face/own being a MILF. Really owning my badass queen Harley boots, pole dancing, MILF essence. I don’t even know what I’ve really made it all mean… just that I’m WAY more potent than I realize and my erotic creature is WAY overdue coming out to play, to create adventures, to embrace life and to shine!! So you know I call my women’s membership Redefining Sexuality , because I sure don’t care for the definition of sex or sexy… it’s void of honor, care and ...
